Who we are

Hi, my name is Connor x

We are a growing body of time. A community that focuses on recovery.

The whole world feels like it wants us to work more and be more, as if it were a law. Here we go, looking to ignore those who make our lives feel like a chore.

As a certified meditation practitioner (CMT-100), with a BSc in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Development, I noticed how many found it simple to hyperfocus on the extremes, but never simply letting off steam.

In short, this is a community that makes space for creating the moments that cannot be taught.

To recover, to listen and to be still.

See you soon,

Connor x

The human.

The inner child.

Founder’s Note
I began Conversations with Time from a quiet realisation: that while we are each citizens of this vast universe, we too often overlook the most intimate gift we are given…time.

Through my own journey of reflection, practice, and learning from countless teachers, communities, and moments of struggle and grace, I came to see how our relationship with time shapes our peace, our joy, and our capacity to heal.

This work is my way of thanking everyone who has inspired me along the way, and of stepping forward to see how I can help the world, in the art of cherishing time. To listen deeply and create spaces where individuals and communities can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the one thing that binds us all equally…time.

We are only just beginning, and I’m deeply grateful for every step, conversation, and person that has made this possible. Conversations with Time opens through three offerings:

MyMeditation, providing one-to-one guidance to cultivate peace and a healthier relationship with time (incl. weekly free YouTube videos); RecoveryClub, a growing community devoted to intentional healing of mind, body, soul, and our shared bonds (incl. yin yoga, nature-based meditation, and guided conversations); and MyMusicBookClub, a monthly space to listen deeply, connect through music, and let joy lead the conversation.

Each is a small but sincere expression of gratitude for the time we’ve been given, and for the chance to share it well

With love,

Connor x
