expertise
As the founder of Conversations With Time, I bring a strong foundation in psychology, wellbeing, and reflective practice to every programme we deliver. My work is rooted in helping members reconnect with their relationship to time, purpose, and meaning, guided by evidence-based methods, creative exploration, and mindfulness techniques.
I hold a BSc in Educational and Developmental Psychology (First Class Honours) from Nottingham Trent University, where my research examined menβs sense of purpose in the digital age, and I led pioneering neurodevelopmental workshops that reimagined learning from linear to multidimensional perspectives. I also studied abroad at San Jose State University, USA, completing an interdisciplinary programme with a 3.7 GPA, exploring medical anthropology, clinical therapy, creativity, and philosophy, contributing to practical research and policy proposals for a multigenerational health centre. My professional qualifications include counselling skills (NCFE CACHE Level 2), education and training (CTC Level 3), and certification as a meditation practitioner (CMT100, Yogamu).
Through these academic and professional experiences, I have cultivated expertise in programme design, facilitation, research, and reflective practice, empowering members to explore personal growth, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Every programme at Conversations With Time is designed with depth, integrity, and purpose, ensuring our services not only support individual development but also foster connection, insight, and meaningful engagement with life.
