Our Services
This is a gentle entry point into your one-to-one journey inward with a certified meditation practitioner and wellbeing consultant. Here we provide a 30-40 minute session that acts as the introduction to the core elements of our work.
This offering provides a focused space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Within this introductory session, you will experience the foundational principles of meditation, recovery, and reflective dialogue, while being introduced to the three progressive depths that shape the MyMeditation journey.
