Building Structure, Unlocking Recovery

MyMeditation | Core is a dedicated one-hour, one-to-one session designed to deepen your practice and begin building a sustainable structure for personal recovery and reflection.

This offering moves beyond introduction and into integration. With one confirmed 60-minute session a month, we dive further into meditation, reflective dialogue, and embodied recovery practices, helping you identify and gradually unlock the barriers that prevent rest, clarity, and renewal.

At the heart of this work remains a simple yet transformative understanding,
Time is a gift.

When we learn to work with time intentionally, rather than feeling ruled by it, we begin to create structure. And within structure, recovery becomes possible.

Deepening The Three Depths

MyMeditation | Core develops your relationship with each of our three progressive depths:

Foundations

We stabilise.
Breathwork and guided meditation cultivate presence and emotional awareness, strengthening your internal steadiness. Here, we begin to notice the habits and patterns that disrupt your recovery.

Horizons

We explore.
Through intentional dialogue, we examine beliefs, expectations, and pressures that shape how you live and rest. Horizons helps you identify recovery barriers and consider new perspectives that support balance and growth.

Oblivion

We soften.
Meditation deepens into stillness beyond narrative and identity. In this space, recovery shifts from something you try to achieve into something you allow.

This is not therapy.
It is not productivity coaching.

It is a structured counsel, with time itself.

MyMeditation | Core supports you in building a practical and philosophical framework for recovery, clarity, and self-awareness. After six sessions, you receive complimentary access to one Group Recovery Club session, online or in-person, allowing you to integrate your personal work within a supportive community setting.

Because when structure meets stillness,
recovery is no longer blocked, it begins to unfold.
